Nick is a “plantrepreneur” who is passionate about all things green. As a full-time plant coach and urban farmer, Nick’s mission is to give people the knowledge and confidence they need to create their own green spaces in the pursuit of regenerative environmental action. Nick has more than 60 clients in the NYC area and designs houseplant, landscape, and agriculture installations. He has been featured in the NY Times, Vogue, Business Insider, NY Post and the Netflix original series “The Big Flower Fight”. He is also the co-founder of the Essential Farmers Project

  • Sustainability- is the ability to exist constantly. In the 21st century, it refers generally to the capacity for the biosphere and human civilization to co-exist. It is also defined as the process of people maintaining change in a homeostasis balanced environment, in which the exploitation of resources, the direction of investments, the orientation of technological development, and institutional change are all in harmony and enhance both current and future potential to meet human needs and aspirations

  • Mycelium- is the vegetative part of a fungus or fungus-like bacterial colony, consisting of a mass of branching, thread-like hyphae.

  • Companion Plants- in gardening and agriculture is the planting of different crops in proximity for any of a number of different reasons, including pest control, pollination, providing habitat for beneficial insects, maximizing use of space, and to otherwise increase crop productivity.
